Goods will be delivered by INITIAL CITY LINK between 9.00 am-5.30 pm Monday to Friday.

Saturday deliveries may be arranged but a £15.00 shipping surcharge will apply.

Additional Delivery Surcharges:

There is a £25 delivery surcharge for all Mamas and Papas Complete Nursery Furniture Collections.

As per our Terms & Conditions:

We aim to ship All On-Line orders within 7-10 days of Receipt of Order.
Please Allow up to 28 days for Delivery.
You may Cancel Order at ANY time. If we have already shipped, you will be liable for Return Carriage costs.

Please ensure somebody is in at the destination address to sign for delivery. If you can supply an alternative address, where you are sure somebody will be in to accept delivery, please provide us with this also (i.e. friend/family or neighbour).

Please only sign for goods received in Good Condition & for the correct quantity of cartons being delivered.
Please Always sign & mark documentation with "UNCHECKED"

If you are out when our Carrier calls to deliver, you will be carded to arrange re-delivery the next working day (at no extra cost). If carrier calls MORE than twice to deliver & nobody is in, goods will be returned to us & you will need to contact us to arrange definite delivery date (at Additional £ 15.00 shipping cost)
All parcels we send are insured at no extra cost.

Please note we are unable to send goods outside of the U.K or to BFPO addresses (Eire excluded) please e-mail sales@babyboomdirect.com for prices to Eire.
