Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We do ship to non-European destinations but please telephone, mail, fax or e-mail your order. We accept credit card payment including Switch, Visa, Mastercard, American Express & JCB. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet (either with your order or separately).

Alternatively, you may request an invoice with your order and we will ship your goods after we receive your payment. We will normally send your order to you within 7 days, however, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

All mail order, Internet, fax and telephone orders are to be PAID in FULL on RECEIPT of Sales Order.

(i) Baby Boom Direct sales receipt is submitted - no receipt, credit note only.

(ii) Goods purchased within statutory 28 days (exceeding 28 days - exchange/credit note).

(iii) All returns must be in original packaging.

(iv) Returns are free, however, if there is evidence a product has been used a £5 charge will be issued

(v) All returns must be unused.
